Welcome to the Richmond Public School Lunch web site. On this site parents will be able to place lunch orders for their children.
Milk: Milk is served on a daily basis at first nutition break.
Danby's Pizza: Pizza is served every Monday at first nutrition break. IF Monday is a holiday, PA Day, or a Snow Day then Pizza will be deferred until Tuesday.
Subway (when it is offered): Subs or Sub Combo's will be served every other Friday. IF Friday is a snow day then Subway will be deferred until the following Friday.
Danbys: Danbys will be served every Thursday. Danbys has created a menu for RPS with different meal options each week.
NOTE: In the event of a SNOW DAY (when buses are NOT running), there will be NO FOOD OR MILK delivered to the school. If you drop your child off on these days, you are responsible to send them with LUNCH and SNACKS.

New User? Here's how to Log - In and use our new system
To use the system, you will be required to register and provide your name, phone number and email address. This site has an SSL Certificate to provide full security of your personal information, and only the information required to manage the lunch program is required. The volunteer site administrator cannot access your password and you select your own user id. To register for an account click on the “REGISTER” tab on the main menu bar. This will take you to the registration form to create an account for your family. Each family will have one account and each student at the school will be linked to this account. Once you have created your account you will be able to login and edit your contact information and add additional email addresses to your account. To register, enter theSCHOOL ACCESS CODE (RPSHL). Provide other information as required to complete your registration. Once you have registered, you can immediately LOG IN.

FORGOT YOUR USERNAME OR PASSWORD? Click the "Forgot Password" Menu tab in the upper right above the Login box.
NOT KEEN ON PAYPAL? We switched to this system due to overwhelming requests from parents for an online payment option and to cut down the need for volunteers. You may use an existing PayPal account, or use PayPal as a guest as a one-time transaction, pay by Visa, E-tsf, Mastercard, or Amex. Please note that we will still be accepting cash. You may pay by cheque or cash by printing off a remittance form and sending that along with your payment to the office. All cheques for Hot Lunches are to be made out to "Richmond Public School Council"
NEED TO CHANGE YOUR ORDER? You have the ability to change any/all orders, up to 12:00 pm on the TERM DUE DATE
CHILD ABSENT? If your child is away, food is available to pick-up for up to 1 hour PAST the regular delivery time.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR GETTING STARTED:
Register as a parent -
Click on "Click Here to Register" and enter Access Code: RPSHL
After this first time you can log back in using the userID and password you selected.
The email address you provide will be used to send you confirmation of your orders, and a reminder each Sunday of what you ordered for your child(ren) for the following week.
Click on "Register Now" button at the bottom
Enter all your children into the system
Click on "Students" and follow the instructions to add each child in your family who attends our school
The system will automatically fill in their last name, but please edit this if their last name is not the same as your own.
Place all your orders for each child
Click on "Orders" and proceed to place orders for each of your children.
When ordering lunches, select all the items you want to order and then scroll down to check out. You may also order fundraiser items and hot lunch items together, allowing you to make 1 purchase instead of multiple purchases.
Pay
After placing all your orders, choose "Pay Now With PayPal" (to complete your payment online using PayPal or to pay by Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard or American Express as a one-time transaction)
OTHER OPTIONS: If you are averse to paying online you may print the remittance form and drop off a cheque or cash (payable to "Richmond Public School Council") at the office.
